What to send us
Any one of these is usually enough for us to start.
- A manufacturer part number
- Even a partial or a worn one. We confirm the exact match before we quote.
- A photograph of the rating plate
- Make, model and rating. Usually all we need to identify the correct spare.
- A written specification
- Dimensions, voltage, pressure rating, material. Enough to match the item where no number exists.
- The quantity and the site
- How many you need and where it is going, so the quote covers delivery too.
How an order runs
You send the list
Part numbers, specifications, a photograph of the nameplate, or a description of the machine. Whatever you have to hand.
We identify it
We confirm the exact item and check availability, including equivalents where the original is out of production.
You get a written quote
Prices and lead times in writing, so nothing about the order turns into a surprise later.
We deliver
Once you approve it we place the order and bring it to your site in Kuwait.
Sending it
Email the list, or bring it in.
Email reaches us with attachments intact, which suits a long list or a set of photographs.
